Where delivery is by email or any other digital form, this is usually within 4 hours, however we promise to supply your purchase within 24 hours of payment.
Where physical items are to be supplied, such as Books and DVDs are to be posted by recorded delivery, these items will be confirmed within 24 hours but please allow 4 days for despatch and 5-10 days, where the shipping destination is not within the UK, delivery can be expected to be from 5 - 30 days, of these products, small items under 1kg are shipped via air and all are by a form of trackible mail. Most items heavier than 1kg will be shipped by sea, also trackible unless a premium has been made to ship by registered airmail or other courier such as Fedex or UPS.
Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make from us. You have the right to cancel any order within seven days of your order and if you do so, your payment will be returned in full. If a physical product has been supplied and any postage has been made for the delivery, this payment will also be refunded, however you are responsible for returning the item to us at your expense.
In addition some of our services offer longer time frames for refunds and cancellations and this will be clearly marked against the product concerned.
